Schlapp’s

American Lager
4.3% ABV

Our take on the classic American beer. As we like to say, “Beer-flavored beer.” Or, an answer to the question, “What’s the lightest thing you’ve got?”

Glonky
Cranberry
Tangerine
Vanilla
Cinnamon

Fruited Sour
5.1% ABV

Cranberry sauce-inspired smoothie sour with cranberry and tangerine puree, cinnamon, and vanilla.

Twelve Welves

Session IPA
5.1% ABV

Easter egg for the deep cut fans of MN craft beer. If you know, you know. This one hits a classic IPA profile, hopped with Talus and Mosaic, fermented on our house lager yeast.

Striped Sweater

Hazy IPA
7.6% ABV

Hazy ipa brewed with Berkeley Tropics thiolized yeast strain for notes of passionfruit and peach.

Oktoberfest

Dark Märzen Lager
7.2% ABV

With the strange advent of releasing Fest biers in July (we aren’t joking, it is getting a little ridiculous), we wanted to buck the trend. Knowing ours will probably be the last “Oktoberfest” to hit the market, we leaned away from the traditional Fest Bier profile and moved closer to Marzen territory. Due to the late release, we brewed this with a slightly darker profile than a typical Marzen and juiced it up to keep us warm if it lingers into the colder fall weather. Another beer that will force you to double take when you realize it is 7.2%.

Quick Sesh

West Coast Pils
5.3% ABV

Sessionable crispy lager meets west-coast IPA. Just enough snap to keep you coming back for another sesh.

Oats Tomorrow

Oatmeal Stout
5.8% ABV

A friendly poke at a popular internet brand of Overnight Oats, this beer is a classic take on the style. The only adjunct in this beer is the flaked oats we use to give it a soft, fluffy mouthfeel. Notes of chocolate, coffee, light roast, and caramel make this one a must-have going into the cold Minnesota winter months.

Fresh Hop – Lager is Ag

Kernza Lager
4.8% ABV

Our squad made the trip out to the Willamette and Yakima valleys for hop harvest this fall, and we learned a ton. This version of Lager is Ag is again brewed with KernzaTM as a part of the grist bill, and is whirlpooled with a kettle-full of Crystal fresh hops. Notes of lemongrass and subtle lime mix with a bready malt base.
