Haggard to us is synonymous with gritty, gnarly, and well worn. As we begin over at Haggard Barrel, we know that we are small. We know that a fancy taproom and tons of marketing to get our name out is not going to be something we can afford. We know that our equipment is not top-of-the-line. We embrace the fact that if we want to do this as industry veterans and own it ourselves, we will have to start with what we can pull together and find a way to make great beer. We believe that it isn’t how new or expensive your tools are, it is how much effort you put in and how you use them. You can expect consistent, quality beer from us day in day out with frequent collaborations with our good friends across the country in the beer industry and beyond. The spot may look a little haggard but we can assure you, our beer is not.
