American Lager
4.3% ABV
Our take on the classic American beer. As we like to say, “Beer-flavored beer.” Or, an answer to the question, “What’s the lightest thing you’ve got?”

Hoppy Lager
5.5% ABV
Brewed like a session IPA with lager yeast, this beer lets our single-hopping of Vista hops to shine through. Finishing crisp and clean like a lager, with the hop character and bitterness up front to keep you coming back for another pint.

Hop Saturated Ale
8.3% ABV
Brewed in the style of a Hazy IPA but taken to the next level. Dry-hopped with over 10lbs per barrel. Abundantly fruity, tropical, and astonishingly smooth for a beer that could easily be labeled a Double IPA.
Brewed in Collaboration with
– Aleluminati Beer Collective –

Brett Beer with Raspberry
6.0% ABV
Brewed with Brettanomyces, this beer carries a light funk to go along with a light addition of Raspberry to give it a deep complex character with layers of flavor. This beer finishes surprisingly dry for a fruit beer, keeping things from becoming too sweet.

Dark Märzen Lager
7.2% ABV
With the strange advent of releasing Fest biers in July (we aren’t joking, it is getting a little ridiculous), we wanted to buck the trend. Knowing ours will probably be the last “Oktoberfest” to hit the market, we leaned away from the traditional Fest Bier profile and moved closer to Marzen territory. Due to the late release, we brewed this with a slightly darker profile than a typical Marzen and juiced it up to keep us warm if it lingers into the colder fall weather. Another beer that will force you to double take when you realize it is 7.2%.

Pineapple Milkshake IPA
7.6% ABV
Brewed with Michigan grown Chinook hops, pineapple puree, and lactose, this Milkshake IPA is a balance of sweet and bitter, a melding of the pineapple aromatics of Michigan’s Chinook hops. Despite the combination of ingredients, this beer is not a sweet mess like many Milkshake IPAs on the market. Take another shot at ours, and we will have you giving this oft-villified style another chance.

Oatmeal Stout
5.8% ABV
A friendly poke at a popular internet brand of Overnight Oats, this beer is a classic take on the style. The only adjunct in this beer is the flaked oats we use to give it a soft, fluffy mouthfeel. Notes of chocolate, coffee, light roast, and caramel make this one a must-have going into the cold Minnesota winter months.

Hazy IPA
7.2% ABV
Intellectual commons is a fancy way to say public domain. Many of your favorite hops are patented varieties, making it expensive and sometimes cost-prohibitive for certain farms to grow. Public hops are important for a variety of reasons, from wider accessibility to high quality hops for brewers to providing more cost-efficient and higher-yielding varieties to help farmers get more out of their land, and they don’t end there.
We used deep cut (friggin’ cool way to say “late harvest”) FRESH HOP(!) Cascade, along with Chinook, Vista, and Cashmere. Notes of bright sweet tropical fruit and citrus. Exactly what you have come to expect and love from Haggard Hazy IPA.
